Cooking: 

9 Minutes

The suggested cooking time is ideal to enjoy this pasta at its best.

Cook in plenty of salted water (about 1 tablespoon of salt per litre / 4 cups of water) for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain, cool in cold water, and place on a clean tea towel. Fill, and if needed, bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, covered with baking paper (parchment paper)
