Marovato Risotto w/ Basil Pesto

Ingredients: Pasta, vegetable broth, carrot, evoo, leek, parsley, ground celery seeds, garlic, raisins, curry, garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato, turmeric, chives. May contain nuts, soybeans, sesame seeds, tuna, pine nuts, coconut, egg.

Suggestions: Serve with EVOO and grated Parmigiano cheese; to obtain a creamy sauce, add some heavy cream approximately 2 minutes before removing from heat. 

Wine Pairing: Chardonnay or white / rose, light body wines.
